The GSeat is our ergonomic gel seat cushion, and it is designed to do something most cushions never attempt, which is to support your body for health, not just for a moment of softness. When we set out to build it, we wanted to reimagine what a seat cushion could be, so we focused on the real problems that come from sitting for hours at a time, including pressure on the tailbone, poor posture, and the lower back fatigue that follows. The result is a cushion built around science and quality materials rather than a simple slab of foam.

The signature feature of the GSeat is its center relief groove. This groove runs down the middle of the cushion and was directly inspired by high performance split rail bicycle seat designs. By removing material right where your tailbone and sensitive soft tissues sit, the groove eliminates pressure in that area and makes longer periods of sitting far more comfortable. If you have ever felt numbness or aching after a long drive or a long meeting, this is the part of the design built to address it.

Posture is the second half of the story. The GSeat is shaped with a gentle forward slope, and that slope encourages a natural pelvic tilt and healthier spinal alignment. Instead of slumping back into a rounded position, your hips rotate slightly forward into the posture your spine actually prefers. We like to point out that when your posture improves, so does your circulation, which supports better energy and overall wellness through the day.

To explain the benefit simply, think about what happens without a supportive cushion. The spine is not aligned, which creates tension and pain in the low back, neck, and shoulders, and it puts increased pressure on the tailbone. The GSeat works in the opposite direction. It helps restore your lumbar curvature, relieves tension in the neck and shoulders, and takes pressure off the tailbone, so the simple act of sitting stops working against you.

None of this would matter if the cushion were a chore to use, so we built the GSeat to be lightweight and portable.
